Contact and quote requests
When you email us through the website, we receive your email address, the contact details you include, and the contents of your message. Our team uses this information to respond to your inquiry or prepare the quote you requested.
FryRequest PDFs
FryRequest creates your lab request PDF on your device. You can download a copy or open it as an attachment in your email application. You choose the recipients and send the message. Creating or downloading the PDF does not send it to J.M. Fry.
Completed requests are saved in your browser’s Lab Request History. On a shared device, another person using the same browser profile may see them. You can delete individual entries from that history. Copies you have downloaded or emailed are stored separately.
